Playfinder is proud to announce the launch of our inaugural ‘Outstanding London Sports Venue Award’.

The award is not only a recognition of excellent sports facilities, but of an exceptional standard of customer service. We will be presenting this to a London-based sports venue each month, based on the experiences of our users.

It acknowledges the vital contribution of the winning venues in helping individuals stay active and healthy in their local areas and, thus, contributing to the nationwide fight against obesity and inactivity.

It, furthermore, recognises the role of these venues as social hubs in their communities and the conscientious work of their staff in bringing the members of these together through sport. It is these individuals who are the unsung heroes of our London’s local boroughs; uniting people of all ages and encouraging communication and friendship between them.

Outstanding London Sports Venue Award

We are proud to announce that Market Road ATP in Islington is the very first winner of our Outstanding London Sports Venue Award. After consistently receiving positive comments about the high-standard of pitches and quality of service at Market Road ATP, it seemed only right that the venue and staff here should be commended with our new award this October.
