There is no need to book in advance, as there are always plenty of spaces for those who are feeling a bit of impromptu golf. Parking is available and Oakwood train station is only 150 meters away from the venue.
The Golf Club House has refreshments and a bar so you can really make a day of it.
Having recently opened in 2012, the West London Golf Centre (WLGC) has a great driving range that includes 19 covered bays and 7 outdoor bays, lit with the Lords-style floodlights and top notch premium gel inlay mats.
The WLGC has a 300 yard contoured and floodlit range and a 250 sq m putting green/ chipping area. Thereby allowing you to practice on some of the most intricate aspects of playing golf.
The WLGC has no real local transport connections with Northholt being the closet station, so driving is advised here. The Centre can be found on the A4180, 750 yards south of the A40 Polish War Memorial exit, a short distance from South Ruislip and RAF Northolt.
Prices range from £2.50 for 20 balls to £6.50 for 100 balls.
One of the UK’s most popular driving ranges, World of Golf Croydon provides its golfers with 24 bays overlooking a floodlit course. Their power tee mats deliver the ball to the tee automatically, allowing individuals to focus on their technique, really enhancing the way participants play golf.

Their range is 300 yards long by 200 yards wide, with distance boards and target greens so you can really make use of the full range of clubs at your disposal.
The nearest station is Chingford Rail station, which you would want to go to if you are feeling like a nice stroll before your round, as its a fairly punchy 25 mins to the golf range.
